I’ve really appreciated using parts of Fraser’s work during my own refereeing journey, and it is clear how much thought, time and effort he has put into building such a valuable rules resource. He has done a tremendous job not only compiling material, but also encouraging rules education and creating a space where good debate and interaction between rules experts can thrive.
